ONLINE STORE TERMS OF SALE<\/b><\/p>\n

Online store www.veinitaja.ee<\/b> (hereinafter the Online Store) owner<\/b> is a company named Veinitaja O\u00dc <\/b>(reg. code 16108509). The company's registered address is Rapla tn 5-6, Kesklinna district, Tallinn, Harju county, 11312.<\/p>\n

    1. <\/b>Validity of the sales contract, product and price information<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      These terms of sale apply to purchases made in the Online Store.<\/p>\n

      The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. All prices of goods sold in the online store are in euros and include VAT.<\/p>\n

      For larger orders (from 30 bottles), we recommend sending us an e-mail<\/b>, as this way you can receive an additional discount. The discount percentage varies depending on the product, generally ranging between 5-15%. More information is available at info@veinitaja.ee<\/a> or by phone at +372 5854 7274.<\/p>\n

      Information about the goods is provided in the Online Store directly next to the goods. If the Buyer has questions about the goods, they are welcome by e-mail at info@veinitaja.ee<\/a>. E-mails are answered within 48 hours at the latest, but usually at the earliest opportunity. You can also call +372 5854 7274 for information. You can also leave a message at the same number, and we will respond as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

        1. <\/b>Placing an order<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          To order goods, add the desired products to the shopping cart. To place the order, fill in the required data fields and choose the delivery method that suits you. The payable amount is then displayed on the screen and can be paid securely via Estonian bank payments<\/b>.<\/p>\n

          NB!<\/b> When paying via bank link, be sure to click the button \u201cBack to merchant\u201d<\/b>on the bank's page to ensure the payment is completed successfully.<\/p>\n

          Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS<\/b><\/a>. <\/b>Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment (when paying via bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank). The Online Store has no access to the customer's bank or credit card details. The contract enters into force upon receipt of the payable amount in the Online Store's bank account.<\/p>\n

          The owner of the Online Store is the controller of personal data and transfers the personal data necessary for processing payments to the authorised processor Maksekeskus AS.<\/p>\n

          If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to being out of stock or for another reason<\/b>, the Buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notification.<\/p>\n
