A limited-production wine whose Merlot grapes are harvested from carefully selected hilltops of the vineyards. In total, the grapes are grown on 3 hectares. The bunches are destemmed, the wine is fermented for 14 days in steel tanks, then spends 1 year in small French oak barrels, after which it matures for a further 6 months in a concrete egg. The wine perfectly reflects the local terroir.<\/p>\n

\nOn the palate it is dry, with soft, velvety tannins, intense and with a long red-berry finish. There are also dried herbs and gentle spiciness.
