The taste is fresh and slightly sweet, and the bubbles make it light and very easy to drink.<\/p>\n<p class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer\" data-start=\"1636\" data-end=\"1946\">La Jara is an Italian family business operating in the Veneto region, with vineyards located in the <strong data-start=\"1733\" data-end=\"1764\">Conegliano and Valdobbiadene<\/strong> area. What sets the producer apart is its strong focus on <strong data-start=\"1814\" data-end=\"1838\">organic farming<\/strong> \u2013 in 2024, La Jara celebrated 25 years of organic cultivation. The producer is best known for its Prosecco and other organic sparkling wines.
