On the palate the drink is light, fresh and juicy, with moderate acidity and a pleasantly sweet edge.<\/p>\n<p class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer\" data-start=\"1318\" data-end=\"1690\"><strong data-start=\"1318\" data-end=\"1329\">La Jara<\/strong> is a winery of <strong data-start=\"1377\" data-end=\"1398\">the Marion family<\/strong> operating in Mareno di Piave in the Veneto region. The family has been involved in viticulture in the area for generations, and La Jara is focused on organic farming. The name <em data-start=\"1524\" data-end=\"1533\">La Jara<\/em> refers to the <strong data-start=\"1574\" data-end=\"1601\">limestone pebbles<\/strong>carried into the area by the Piave river, which are an important part of the local vineyards. La Jara is best known for its <strong data-start=\"1723\" data-end=\"1765\">Prosecco and other Veneto sparkling wines<\/strong> .
