On the palate the wine is dry, light and juicy, with good acidity and a clean, refreshing finish.<\/p>\n<p class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer\" data-start=\"986\" data-end=\"1255\"><strong data-start=\"986\" data-end=\"997\">Cavazza<\/strong> is a family winery operating in the Veneto region, whose winemaking history dates back to <strong data-start=\"1090\" data-end=\"1108\">1928<\/strong>. Today the company operates in the Gambellara area, and Cavazza's vineyards are located in both the <strong data-start=\"1209\" data-end=\"1223\">Gambellara<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"1231\" data-end=\"1247\">Colli Berici<\/strong> areas. The producer is especially known for its <strong data-start=\"1280\" data-end=\"1320\">Garganega-based Gambellara wines<\/strong> and classic Veneto varieties, but their portfolio also includes Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot and other international varieties.
