AdegaMãe Petit Verdot

1275 €

Another AdegaMãe experiment showing the positive influence of the Atlantic Ocean on varieties not common in this region. This time it's Petit Verdot, known from the Bordeaux region. The wine is distinctive, full-bodied, ripe and berry-driven, yet with refreshing acidity. It shows fresh berry character in the form of blackberry and blueberry, plus a burst of spice and a soft tannic structure. The finish is lasting.

Perfect for enjoying on its own — it doesn't need food alongside — but it is also a true barbecue wine! And if barbecue weather is nowhere to be found, slow-roasted oven meats work beautifully too!
