A premium extra virgin olive oil, made with dedication exclusively from olives grown on the AdegaMãe private estate. The oil is obtained only by mechanical means to preserve its natural purity and characteristics. It is a pure and unfiltered expression of the terroir.

The oil's possible slight cloudiness and natural sediment at the bottom of the bottle are natural signs of minimal processing, which help preserve the oil's original polyphenols and intense flavour characteristics. We recommend shaking the bottle before use.

The taste is herbal and grassy, with a hint of spiciness. The mouthfeel is soft and creamy.
