La Jara “Eximia” Pinot Blanc

1195 €

A wine in a similar style to the same house's Sauvignon Blanc, but the main difference comes from this wine's minerality. Some ageing on the lees brings body, creaminess and depth of flavour to the wine. On the palate it has medium acidity and is crisp, lively, mineral and velvety. It shows citrus, green kiwi, quince and chamomile on the finish. The wine is made without chemicals and is also organic.

When cooking, you might turn your thoughts to fish. If fish isn't your thing, try a pork tenderloin recipe, for example. Among plant-based ingredients, parsnip would pair nicely.
