La Jara “Offbeat” ZERO Sparkling Rose (non-alcoholic)
860 €
La Jara Offbeat ZERO Sparkling White is a grappa a non-alcoholic alternative to classic Italian sparkling wine, based on Pinot Noir. The wine is off-dry but has pleasant acidity. Together with the lively bubbles, this makes the mouthfeel much drier than you might first expect. Ingredients: grape must, water, natural flavourings, sulphur dioxide, added carbon dioxide.
In the glass it shows a delicate pink colour and a lively bubble. The aroma highlights fresh red berries, especially strawberry and raspberry, along with floral and summery fruity notes. On the palate the drink is light, fresh and juicy, with moderate acidity and a pleasantly sweet edge.
La Jara is a winery of the Marion family operating in Mareno di Piave in the Veneto region. The family has been involved in viticulture in the area for generations, and La Jara is focused on organic farming. The name La Jara refers to the limestone pebblescarried into the area by the Piave river, which are an important part of the local vineyards. La Jara is best known for its Prosecco and other Veneto sparkling wines . The producer's current range includes, for example, Prosecco DOC, Prosecco Rosé, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc and several very dry zero-dosage sparkling wines.
