Charly Nicolle Cremant de Bourgogne AOC Blanc de Noirs, Brut Nature

2665 €

Charly Nicolle Crémant de Bourgogne Blanc de Noirs, Brut Nature is a dry sparkling wine made in Burgundy by the traditional method, distinguished by being zero dosage – meaning no sugar has been added after the second fermentation. This gives the wine a very pure, linear and mineral character. The wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir.

In the glass: green apple, pear, lemon zest, white blossoms, lightly toasted bread, yeastiness (autolytic nuances), limestone minerality and saline freshness. On the palate it is very dry, crisp, lively and refreshing. The Brut Nature style brings out the terroir and the character of the grape itself especially well.

Domaine Charly Nicolle is located in northern Burgundy, in the village of Fleys in the Chablis region. The family has a long history of viticulture, and Charly Nicolle created the winery bearing his name, focusing above all on expressing the Chablis region. The style of their wines is based on purity, minerality and minimal intervention, in order to convey the character of the limestone soil and cool climate.
