Vinho Verde, dearly loved in Estonia, has been part of the AdegaMãe range since 2024. A blend of classic varieties such as Loureiro (40%), Trajadura (30%), Arinto (20%) and Alvarinho (10%).

Its extreme lightness, lush fruitiness and refreshing bubble also go nicely with simpler dishes. For example, a (plant-based) Caesar salad, fried Baltic herring, or a chicken schnitzel with mashed potatoes and a zesty vinaigrette.
