AdegaMãe Espumante Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature

2170 €

A medium-bodied sparkling wine made by the traditional method, aged on the lees for a minimum of 22 months (of which bâtonnage 4 months). A persistent bubble, pleasant minerality, light aromatics, ripe fruit and richness of flavour are just a few of the keywords for describing this fantastic sparkling wine! Sugar 1.4 g/L.

With its long finish yet lively character, this sparkling wine works as an aperitif, alongside fish dishes, or even with fried chicken bites! There are plenty of options — just start somewhere! And while you cook, feel free to drink a glass (though it's more likely to be at least two) to spark some inspired ideas! If you love oysters, don't forget to enjoy those alongside it too! It should be said that champagne with fries and/or crisps is also a pretty good match. This drink isn't champagne, but putting that theory into practice with this wine isn't a bad idea either! Saúde as they say in Portugal!
