AdegaMãe Tinto Atlântico

2545 €

This wine was born from the grapes of the vineyard with the strongest Atlantic influence. During fermentation, 20% whole bunches (with stems) are used to bring more depth, flavour and texture to the wine. Aged in oak for just 5 months, preserving as much as possible of the character of the grape and the terroir itself. The wine is more acidic than average, juicy and berry-driven, but already with noticeable developed notes. It shows red berries (cherry, strawberry, raspberry), light spiciness and elegance. An excellent example of the Pinot Noir grape variety!

It's not for nothing they say Pinot Noir and duck breast are a match made in heaven. Try this wine (lightly chilled!) with the duck breast listed in the additional information and you'll understand what they mean. No need to thank us!
