A sparkling wine made from Glera and Pinot Nero grapes. A soft powder-pink colour, with elegant floral notes of rose petals and red berries (for example wild strawberries, redcurrants, raspberries) on the nose. On the palate it is off-dry, engaging, delicate, fresh and juicy. Pleasant acidity. Sugar 15 g/L.

As this is a rather delicate and fresh sparkling wine, you can enjoy it as an aperitif, alongside light salads or, for example, cured hams. Saluti!
