A limited-production wine whose Merlot grapes are harvested from carefully selected hilltops of the vineyards. In total, the grapes are grown on 3 hectares. The bunches are destemmed, the wine is fermented for 14 days in steel tanks, then spends 1 year in small French oak barrels, after which it matures for a further 6 months in a concrete egg. The wine perfectly reflects the local terroir.

Deep ruby-red in colour, opening on the nose with notes of strawberry, red cherry, plum, cedar, vanilla and dark chocolate.
On the palate it is dry, with soft, velvety tannins, intense and with a long red-berry finish. There are also dried herbs and gentle spiciness. The alcohol is well integrated with the fruit, and the long plum finish makes this wine truly gastronomic. As it develops, leather and earthiness.
